How long does it take to receive my order?
All orders are shipped from Burlington, North Carolina.
Domestic Orders are processed within 1-5 days and transit time is 3-8 days depending on your chosen shipping option.
International Orders are processed within 3-5 days. Transit time varies but normally takes 5-14 business days. **Please be aware with international orders there is a possibility it will take 1-3 months to arrive. This is out of our control.**
EXCEPTIONS for the above processing applies to successful launches, special promotions, or major holidays. Please allow 14-30 business days for your order to be fully processed. These exciting events result in a high volume of orders, we thank you for your patience.

Can I cancel my order before it's been shipped?
Once an order is placed, you are unable to cancel or modify the order. If you notice the mistake in the first hour please email us, there might be a chance of resolving the issue.
I put the wrong shipping address. Can you reship it?
Incorrect addresses submitted can't be reshipped and or refunded as they might have already been processed.
How do I return my purchase?
Regrettably, because our items are handmade and priced around the time and materials put into the product we can't provide refunds or exchanges after an order has been placed. By selecting checkout and placing your order, you agree to these terms.
My package was damaged while in transit. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for in-transit damages.
Once the order is processed it is USPS's responsibility. All customers claiming damage are required to submit a damage claim with the USPS and follow their instructions.
My package was lost or stolen from my address. Can I get a refund?
